Intercristo is a web-based job-search service that establishes connections between employers and job seekers holding Christian values. Services are free to job seekers, who daily experience Intercristo’s commitment to listen, assess needs and respond from an ethical foundation based on God’s Word.

Brad Reed and Patti Losacco are two of more than 17,000 job seekers who signed up with Intercristo last year, looking for a change.

Brad had a strong management background: over 10 years of success with a global manufacturing company headquartered in North Carolina. He was a deacon at his church and a board member for numerous small ministries. However, he wanted to use his business management and Christian leadership experience within a nonprofi t Christian setting. After hearing about Intercristo on the radio, he signed up.

Meanwhile, Water Missions International (WMI), an organization based in South Carolina, was looking for a new president. WMI provides safe, drinkable water to nations in the developing world through a portable and affordable water filtration system. WMI came to Intercristo for help, and Intercristo connected them with Brad, who began his new job in October, 2006.

Patti accepted support positions with a series of reputable businesses. But she felt that the politically correct attitudes of these companies were in direct confl ict with her faith. After hearing about Intercristo on Spirit 105.3, she tried it out. She describes the job she found through Intercristo: "I have a wonderful position with Pro Athletes in Issaquah, WA as an Admin Specialist. Don’t let the title fool you, I have plenty of responsibility, and, best of all, I work in a Christian environment with people who love Jesus Christ. I also used Monster.com, but didn’t have the experience or results I had through Intercristo."

Patti and Brad found their niches in two of over 3,500 jobs posted through Intercristo last year. Their stories exemplify Intercristo’s expertise at helping individuals navigate transitions and pursue opportunities for impacting communities with their unique strengths.
